Dear Families,
The safety of our students is always our top priority. Beginning on September 22, 2025 we will be implementing a new morning drop-off procedure to help ensure that all children arrive at school safely and efficiently. We will maintain our current pick up procedures, while we adjust and implement our new drop off procedures.
What’s Changing:
All student drop-offs will take place at the second cross walk and will be a car drop off line.
Families will no longer be able to drop students off at the front entrance or park and walk their students into school.
Staff members will be present each morning to greet students and help them safely exit their vehicles.
Why This Change is Important:
Helps us maintain a secure school environment.
Prevents congestion and unsafe movement in parking lots and bus lanes.
Ensures staff can supervise students from the moment they arrive on campus.
How You Can Help:
Please have your child ready to exit the vehicle promptly when you reach the drop-off zone.
Follow staff directions and remain in your vehicle during drop-off.
Allow extra time during the first week as everyone learns the new routine.
We appreciate your patience and cooperation as we put this procedure in place. By working together, we can make arrival time safer, smoother, and more efficient for all students.
If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to contact the school office at 388-2681. Thank you for your continued support in keeping our school community safe.
Thank You,
The Admin Team
