MVHS: Over the next two weeks, you will be hearing from your student's homeroom advisor to schedule an in person meeting for our Spring Conferences. The goal of these conferences is to review academic progress and select classes for 2026-2027 school year. If you do not hear from your student's advisor by 3/16, please call the main office!

MVHS: Thursday (3/5) we will hold our Black Mountain / Movie Trip day for our Snow-Co week. Students have chosen where they will spend the day. Please understand that if students want to attend the dance on Saturday they must be in attendance all day on Thursday and Friday.

We want to thank our presenters, our staff and our students for a hugely successful 3rd annual Wellness Day that took place last Friday. MVHS is a unique and special place with an incredible staff and really great kids. All of this was on full display again throughout the day. Presenters from all over the state were extremely impressed with the engagement and respect from our students. We hope that everyone has a wonderful vacation and we will see you on 2/23. MVHS: This coming Friday (2/13) will be the 3rd Annual Mountain Valley High School Wellness Day. We are pleased to welcome our keynote speaker, Kyle Poissonnier from Catalyst for Change out of Biddeford, Maine. Kyle will be speaking to our students about resiliency and ending the stigma around mental health. Kyle and his organization have worked with over 25 different High Schools doing similar work. We are also welcoming presenters from throughout the state who will speak with our students on a wide array of topics, including resiliency, healthy relationships, the impact of addiction, leadership, homelessness, nutrition, and more. Students have selected the sessions they are most interested in, and as always, may opt out of any session if it is uncomfortable for them.

Wellness Day will wrap up at 1 pm and staff and students will then transition directly into our 1st semester awards assembly.

Please see information below for any parent looking for a superintendent agreement for the 2026/27 school year with RSU 10 (serving Buckfield, Hartford, Mexico, Roxbury, Rumford, Sumner):
2026/27 Superintendent Agreements: The RSU 10 Superintendent's Office will begin accepting these on April 13, 2026. The online portal is currently closed for next year's requests.
Pre-K Requests: These are on a different timeline and will not be reviewed until August 2026.
