There will be no school in RSU 10 tomorrow, Friday, October 27 due to the ongoing lockdown in the outlying areas of our school district as well as how this tragedy has touched our lives. Our schools will be closed in RSU 10 today, Thursday, October 26 due to the tragedy in Lewiston. We realize that some in our RSU 10 community have loved ones affected by this horrible event, including first responders and those caring for the injured. You are in our thoughts and prayers.

MVHS: Falcon Families, over the next two days our 9-11 graders will take the NWEA. Our 9th and 11th graders will take the NWEA that we will use as a school to show student growth over their time at MVHS. Our 10th graders will take the Maine Through Year Assessment which is mandated by the State of Maine and those scores are reported to the DOE and are included in how our school is evaluated by the DOE. Needless to say, these exams are incredibly important for all grade levels and we want students to give their best efforts over the next couple of days. Students will take these exams in their regular English and math classes so there will be no interruptions to our schedule. Please encourage your student(s) to get to bed early and take advantage of our breakfast at school so they can do their best on the exams. Thank you for your help! #falconsfly -Mr. Danylik & Mr. Milledge
