As my temperature notification went off in forming me it was 21 degrees this morning, I remembered quickly that I wanted to remind parents to dress in layers. I can't define what type of weather we have had because it has been extremely abnormal. With temperature swings of 30 degrees or more on multiple days this fall, it is important that students dress in layers. As I tell them, you can always take off layers but you can't add any if you don't have additional outdoor clothing. Although we do have potential layers of clothing in the nurses' office, that is not how it was intended to be used. Our school does not have enough outerwear for everyone. Please help us by making sure you child is dressed for the lowest number being forecasted for that day. Thank you very much!!
