I hope you all had a relaxing time away over the last five days. We have 3 weeks and 2 days to go until we get another break!! As hard as it is, I know you can do it!
It is now more important than ever to stay vigilant regarding our health and safety requirements. RSU 10 Staff Handbook 11/24/20 (See page 7 update) Please remember use the screening tool and stay home when in doubt - contact your school nurse to determine what you need to do before you return.
If you traveled outside of ME, NH, VT over this break you must have a Negative Covid Test before returning to our schools. This needs to be shared with your school nurse.
If you have been exposed to a person testing positive please contact your school nurse. There is a set amount of time you must remain out of our schools regardless of a Negative Covid test.
Our schools keep proving we are a safe and healthy place to be and that is because of everything each and everyone of you do to make this happen.
Thank You very much!!
Deb Alden

As I wrap up my fourth year as your Superintendent, I am reflecting on how thankful I am to be a part of RSU 10. I am proud of our District and how hard all of our staff are working to continue our quest to do better for our students. Everyday I see staff and students striking that balance between being healthy and safe and being present in-person and participating virtually. What a challenge this has been for all of us!
As we continue our work to be better with remote learning we also are seeking ways to allow students to be in-person learning for more time and have more students move from fully remote to in-person. This is being considered by each school individually.
PLEASE continue following our guidelines to stay healthy and safe! Help us keep Oxford County Green!!
Happy Thanksgiving!
Deb Alden
