As you might be aware, remote learning will conclude at the end of this week (5/29). As we approach the end of the school year, there are many things we need to get out to our students and many things we need to collect from our students. I have broken each of these down into different categories for you.
**Laptop/iPad and Hotspot Return**
-Begins on 6/1 for those students who are passing all areas.
-All remaining laptops, iPads and hotspots will be retrieved on the 6/12 bus run.
-Officer Turner, Mr. Gauvin, and Mr. Wilkins will make arrangements to pick up the remainder of the laptops, iPads, and hotspots still outstanding after 6/12.
**Corrective Reading/Reading Mastery materials**
-Begins on 6/1 for those students who are passing all areas.
-All remaining materials will be retrieved on the 6/12 bus run.
-Officer Turner, Mr. Gauvin, and Mr. Wilkins will make arrangements to pick up the remainder of the Corrective Reading/Reading Mastery materials still outstanding after 6/12.
**Library Books Return**
-Begins on 6/1 through 6/12 from 7:30AM-3PM
-Library books will also be picked up on the 6/12 bus run.
-Officer Turner, Mr. Gauvin, and Mr. Wilkins will make arrangements to pick up the remaining outstanding library books still outstanding after 6/12.
SUMMARY OF IMPORTANT POINTS:
-The pick-up of student materials may occur M-F from 7:30AM-3PM from 6/1 through 6/12.
-The remainder of student materials will go home via bus on 6/12.
-Parents are also invited to drop off and pick up materials M-F from 7:30AM-3PM from 6/1 through 6/12.
-Parents may also drop off student materials during any end of year activities if they so choose.
There are many more things at school than I have listed here to get back to students and/or families, but you can probably get the idea that this is going to be a monumental task. I have great confidence we will be able to make it happen.
