I just wanted to remind people that tomorrow, Friday, March 20th the meal sites will be offering three lunches and three breakfasts per student for the upcoming weekend. There will be plenty of food available so I encourage you to visit the site closest to you at the following times:
Buckfield Rec Field: 11:00-11:15AM
Sumner Town Office: 11:30-11:45AM
West Sumner Church: 12:00-12:25PM
Hartford Town Office: 12:30-12:45PM
Buckfield Junior-Senior High School 10AM-12PM
Hartford-Sumner Elementary School: 10AM-12PM
As for the packets, over two hundred packets have gone home thus far. They may be picked up at the school tomorrow from 10AM-1:30PM. At 1:30PM, staff will begin sorting the packets for the bus run set to begin at 2PM. I would encourage parents to be on the lookout after 2PM for a bus in your area delivering packets. Since some packets have already been picked up, the bus may arrive at your residence earlier than anticipated. The bus drivers have been instructed that being late is much better than being early when delivering. If they are running earlier they will do their best to be on time for each stop. The goal is to get all of the packets and laptops in students' hands by the end of the day Friday.
