The kindergarten students have recently been learning about Locomotor and Manipulative Skills in PE. Students have been practicing and working on all kinds of different ways to move. Skipping is one of the most challenging locomotor movements. A mature pattern of skipping involves using the arms, legs and the trunk of the body in a certain cadence and rhythm to be successful. These students have got it down!
