MVMS Tentative Return to School - January 2021
Welcome back to school January 2021!
- The Week of January 4-8, 2021: All MVMS grades will remain in the hybrid model to allow us time to evaluate county designations and if we have any localized COVID-19 spread in our area.
If the county remains designated as either yellow or green and localized spread is minimal, we hope the superintendent will allow us to move forward with bringing Grades 5 and 6 back to 4 day learning. The final decision will be made after 12pm on Friday, January 8, 2021.
- Monday, January 11, 2021: All 5th grade hybrid students will begin coming to school 4 days per week (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday) Wednesday remains an at home learning day. Students must still do online attendance check ins on Wednesdays.
- Tuesday, January 19, 2021: All 6th grade hybrid students will begin coming to school 4 days per week (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday) Wednesday remains an at home learning day. Students must still do online attendance check ins on Wednesdays.
- Grades 7 and 8 will remain in the Hybrid Blue (Mon/Tues) or Hybrid Red (Thurs/Fri) model until further notice.
